Welcome to the Australian Solicitors Directory

Solicitors in Australia are not the ‘ghostbusters’ but when trouble arises, they will get your call.

Real life is far more complicated than movies; its phantoms do not easily get zapped by laser beams and get stored in tin cans. They are not “cutesy”, they are nasty!

Real-life phantoms appear in many shapes and sizes, too. Sometimes as your next-door neighbor, a member of your family, a business associate, or somebody you don’t know.

It is best to find people you can trust. They who possess the highest degree of integrity and excellence in their craft. They who think and speak clearly for your cause.

They are people who are called Solicitors. Specifically, Australian Solicitors. They can either be your Personal Injury Solicitors, Tax Accountant Solicitors or a host of other titles. But they are the best we have here, who get the job done- in your favor.

Who are they and how are they distinguished from others in their profession, like “barristers” or “lawyers”, shall be dealt with in this site.

This is your Australian Solicitors’ Site. Here you will find the finest in the law profession and know to what extent they can help you.

Solicitors - A Few Good Men or a Few Good Women.

A Solicitor or a Barrister? A barrister is a member of the law profession who is tasked to present cases of his advocates before the court of law that has jurisdiction over the case but they do not deal directly with their clients or advocates.

The Solicitor does.

All inquiries, including correspondences, invoices , even barrister’s fees are the direct responsibilities of the Solicitor.

It is the Solicitor who has direct contact with the client and has the responsibility to look for a suitable barrister to handle the client’s case.

Both are members of the law profession and there is no difference in the degree of complexity that their job entails. For the proper resolution of a case, both have to be equally competent. They do not work for their individualistic interest, lest they jeopardize their client’s case.

Both know that in order to win a case, just like aiming for a target, an arrow does not only need the gust of wind to carry it through its mark…it also needs a bow that is steady…and stable.
